Say Hello

touch.

Endeavor Software is a small studio, which means your message lands with the people who actually build the games. Support questions, press requests, partnership ideas, or a note about the porch you decorated last night are all welcome.

This form does not send anything on its own. Fill it in, press the button, and your own email app opens with the message ready for you to review and send. Nothing is stored on this site.

Picking a topic helps us route your note to the right person faster.

Where to send it.

Every one of these goes to the same studio inbox. The subject line is the only thing that changes, and it saves us a step on the way to answering you.

Player support

A game will not load, progress looks wrong, or the porch is misbehaving. Include your device, your operating system version, and which of the six games you were playing.

Press and media

Reviews, interviews, coverage requests, and asset packs. Tell us your outlet and deadline and we will get you what you need in the format you need it.

Business and partnerships

Publishing, platform features, collaborations, and licensing. Short and specific works best. Tell us the shape of the idea and what you need from us.

Feedback and ideas

A feature you wish existed, a porch decoration you want to plant, or a game you would love to see us add. Player suggestions have shaped more of Porchlight than you would guess.

How quickly will I hear back?

Most messages get an answer within two business days. If your note lands over a weekend or a holiday, give it an extra day. Every message gets read, even when the reply takes a moment longer.

What should I include in a bug report?

Four things make a bug fixable on the first pass:

  • Your device and operating system version, for example iPhone 14 running iOS 18
  • Which game it happened in: Solitaire, FreeCell, Three Peaks, Word Hunt, Fruit Match, or Slot Machine
  • What you did right before it went wrong
  • A screenshot or screen recording if you can grab one
Can I buy coins?

No, and that is on purpose. Coins in Porchlight are never for sale. You earn them by playing and by spinning the free daily wheel, then spend them on your porch. No timers, no lives, no pressure. That promise is not going anywhere.

Where do I get logos and screenshots?

Our press kit has the studio logo, game art, factsheets, and description copy you can quote directly. If you need a specific resolution, a transparent version, or an asset we have not published, just ask.

Do you take feature requests?

Always. We keep a running list of what players ask for and pull from it every time we plan an update. Be as specific as you like. The small details are usually the ones that make it in.

Is my message private?

The form on this page never transmits anything by itself. It builds a draft in your own email client, so your words go straight from your inbox to ours with nothing in between. See our privacy policy for how we handle what you send.

Rather just
play?

The porch light is already on. Pull up a chair, deal a hand, and tell us how it went whenever you feel like it.
